Interior evacuation with pipe and accessories of the AR® soundproof evacuation system. The 19th century building that houses the luxury hotel was the headquarters of the Cotton Manufacturers Association. It has been rehabilitated, maintaining its historical essence, by the construction company Luis Parés, with the designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán.
